Watching Over You is part of my ongoing series The Children of the Dandelions — a collection of interconnected visual narratives exploring belonging, vulnerability, memory and hope.

In Watching Over You, a guardian stands at the edge of the dandelion fields, observing from a place of perspective and compassion. She represents the presence of those who see beyond the struggle — those who carry memories, protect stories and remind us that no one is truly forgotten.

The dandelions symbolize the lives and souls carried throughout the series, while the poppies evoke remembrance, sacrifice and the fragile beauty of those who have been lost.

Through The Children of the Dandelions, each artwork reveals a fragment of a larger universe. Every piece is accompanied by a poem or short story that expands the narrative beyond the image, allowing the viewer to enter a world shaped by memory, emotion and imagination.
